Overview
The Simulation Instructor is responsible for implementing and evaluating evidence-based simulation and clinical skills learning activities within the Nursing Resource Center (NRC).
Required Qualifications
Current licensure in good standing as a registered nurse in Massachusetts
Current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification
Minimum of 5 years time employment in nursing
Demonstrates understanding and commitment of nursing education and working with a diverse population
Identifies and supports the needs of the students to provide a quality learning experience
Enthusiastic and passionate about working with students from a variety of backgrounds
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Healthcare Simulation Education (CHSE)
Masters Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
BSN with one of the following certifications: CNE, CNE cl or CHSE
Working Location
This is an on-site position in Salem, MA, with on-campus, in-person responsibilities, which may require occasional/frequent/regular work on evenings and weekends.
