Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated Part-Time EHS Professional to join our team. This position focuses on ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of EHS and fire safety compliance requirements and will assist with the regular inspections of equipment and systems. The Successful candidate will assist with monitoring safety practices to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
Required Qualifications
• One to three years’ experience working in a professional setting involving safety compliance and inspections.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to analyze situations suggest improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with OSHA, MA DLS, and MA DEP and fire safety regulations.
• Knowledge of EHS-related fields e.g., OSHA, EPA or Fire Code preferred.
Working Location
This is an onsite, in-person position in Salem, MA with on-campus, in-person responsibilities.
